TKP Film & AI Academy ("the Academy", "we", "us") comprises the TKP School of Cinematic Arts and the TKP Institute of Generative AI & Digital Media, in collaboration with TKP Media Ministry. This statement explains how we handle personal information collected through www.tkpfilmacademy.org, our registration forms, our student portal and our communications.

Registration details you provide: full name, email address, WhatsApp number, month and year of birth, country and city, church or ministry, experience level, equipment and learning goals.

Payment information: the payment method you choose, the amount paid, payment references and any receipts you upload. Card details are processed by our secure payment provider and are never stored by the Academy.

Learning records: class progress, quiz attempts and scores, certificates issued, and projects you submit.

Basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working well.

To process your registration and payment, confirm your seat and give you access to the student portal, curriculum, live class links, recordings and assessments.

To communicate with you about your classes by email and WhatsApp, including schedules, updates and important notices.

To issue and verify certificates and certificates you earn.

To improve our programmes, and to meet our legal and financial obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the Academy — such as payment processing, email delivery and secure hosting — and only as needed to provide those services, or when required by law.

Certificate verification shows only whether a credential code is valid and the details printed on that credential.

Some of our programmes accept students from 14 years of age. Where a student is under 18, we encourage a parent or guardian to review this statement and support the registration. Parents or guardians may contact us at any time to review or remove a minor's information.

Your records are stored securely, access is limited to authorised Academy staff, and uploaded payment receipts are kept private. While no system is perfectly secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

We keep registration, payment and academic records for as long as needed to provide your training, maintain your credentials and meet legal and accounting requirements.

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving non-essential communications. Some records, such as issued certificates and payment records, may need to be retained.
